Adapted for children ages six to eleven, our diverse activities will delight them as they discover the culture and lifestyles of Indigenous peoples through a learning environment that encourages their participation. Awareness of others and otherness develops in this age group. We designed our activities for elementary school children keeping this fact in mind.
The time your students will spend with us will allow them to shed light on certain past and current lifestyles of Indigenous and Huron-Wendat people while respecting the participatory dimension necessary to keep them engaged in this learning process.
If several aspects of the different activities interest you for your school groups, it’s possible to adapt the duration of each activity to create a program that will meet your teaching objectives perfectly.
