*Note that from January 4th to May 31st, 2024, certain visits are subject to a 25% discount as our complete permanent exhibition hall will be closed. All our tours and workshops continue to take place.
Group reservations are required at least 7 days in advance Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., by phone at 418 847-2260, extension 6005.

Please be advised that on Sunday mornings, access to the interior of Notre-Dame de Lorette church is not possible (8 am to noon) due to Sunday mass. Moreover, when funerals, baptisms or weddings take place, the church cannot be visited.

Available in French and English, all our regular tours offered to individual clients can be adapted to the needs of groups, according to public health recommendations. Regular tours include visiting the museum and its exhibits, and the Ekionkiestha’ National Longhouse. They are offered with a tour guide at specific times or with an audio-guide at all times, during opening hours.
Please let us know at the time of your reservation of any needs to be taken into consideration before your arrival so that we can meet your expectations. Although our museum facilities meet the universal accessibility standards recommended by KEROUL, we want to make sure that everything will be adequate for your visit because some of our sites are not accessible with all types of wheelchairs.
Privileges offered to individual customers (including families* and groups of friends of nine people or fewer)
- Huron-Wendat and ONYWATENRO’ members can visit the museum and benefit from all visits free of charge at all times.
- No reservation required for daily departures or audio-guide tours.
Privileges offered to organized groups
- Groups (10 people or more) benefit from special rates.
- Customized schedules are also available for groups of 20 people or more.
- Themed experiences for school groups are adapted to the level of the students.
*Family (2 adults et 2 children between ages 6 and 12).
