Sales and Cancellation Policies
SALES POLICY AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. TICKETING
- Tickets can be purchased online on our website or directly at the museum ticket office
- All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and applicable taxes are not included
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- An electronic receipt will be issued for all online purchases
2. PAYMENT METHODS
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
- Debit cards (only for direct purchase at the Museum)
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. INDIVIDUAL TICKETS
- No refund possible after purchasing individual tickets
- Possibility to reschedule the visit at no cost with a 24-hour notice
2. GROUPS
- At least 30 days before arrival date: free cancellation
- Cancellation less than 30 days before scheduled date: 50% fee applicable on total amount
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before scheduled date: no refund
- Date can be modified at no cost with a 21 days notice
3. SPECIAL EVENTS AND TEMPORARY EXHIBITIONS
- Tickets for special events are non-refundable
- Transfer to another person is possible with prior authorization
- In case of a cancellation by the museum: full refund guaranteed
4. SPECIAL CASES
- Force majeure: refund or postponement possible, depending on circumstances
- Unexpected museum closure: full refund or visit postponement
- Substantial modification of the exhibition: refund possible upon request
5. REFUND PROCEDURE
- If applicable, refund will be processed on original payment method
- Processing time: 5 to 10 business days
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
- The museum reserves the right to modify exhibition schedules and content
- Visitors must respect the arrival time indicated on their ticket
- Proof of identity may be required for reduced rates
