Sales and Cancellation Policies

SALES POLICY AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. TICKETING

  • Tickets can be purchased online on our website or directly at the museum ticket office
  • All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and applicable taxes are not included
  • Rates are subject to change without notice
  • An electronic receipt will be issued for all online purchases

2. PAYMENT METHODS

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Debit cards (only for direct purchase at the Museum)

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. INDIVIDUAL TICKETS

  • No refund possible after purchasing individual tickets
  • Possibility to reschedule the visit at no cost with a 24-hour notice

2.  GROUPS

  • At least 30 days before arrival date: free cancellation
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before scheduled date: 50% fee applicable on total amount
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours before scheduled date: no refund
  • Date can be modified at no cost with a 21 days notice

3. SPECIAL EVENTS AND TEMPORARY EXHIBITIONS

  • Tickets for special events are non-refundable
  • Transfer to another person is possible with prior authorization
  • In case of a cancellation by the museum: full refund guaranteed

4. SPECIAL CASES

  • Force majeure: refund or postponement possible, depending on circumstances
  • Unexpected museum closure: full refund or visit postponement
  • Substantial modification of the exhibition: refund possible upon request

5. REFUND PROCEDURE

  • If applicable, refund will be processed on original payment method
  • Processing time: 5 to 10 business days

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

  • The museum reserves the right to modify exhibition schedules and content
  • Visitors must respect the arrival time indicated on their ticket
  • Proof of identity may be required for reduced rates
