The museum opens at 9 a.m. Please note that the doors close at 5 p.m., but ticket sales end at 3:30 p.m.

Please advise us when you make your reservation of any special needs to be taken into consideration before your arrival so that we can receive you up to your expectations. Although our museum facilities meet the universal accessibility standards recommended by KEROUL, we still want to make sure that everything will be suitable for your visit.

The opening hours and guided tours may change depending on the time of year.

Pay particular attention to special holiday or spring break programming that includes various family activities such as craft and music workshops or demonstrations of Indigenous skills.

Please be advised that on Sunday mornings, access to the interior of Notre-Dame de Lorette church is not possible (8 am to noon) due to Sunday mass. Moreover, when funerals or weddings take place, the church cannot be visited.

Group reservations are required at least 7 days in advance Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., by phone at 418 847-2260, extension 6005.

  • Huron-Wendat and ONYWATENRO’ members can visit the museum and benefit from all visits free of charge at all times.
  • No reservation required for daily departures or audio-guide tours.

Privileges offered to organized groups

  • Groups (10 people or more) benefit from special rates.
  • Customized schedules are also available for groups of 20 people or more.
  • Themed experiences for school groups are adapted to the level of the students.

Note that the Museum is closed to the public on December 25, 2024 and January 1, 2025. The administrative offices will be closed on December 25-26, 2024 as well as January 1-2, 2025.
