In 2018, the annual temporary exhibition celebrates the 10th anniversary of the founding of the Huron-Wendat Museum. For the occasion, a retrospective of the twenty or so exhibitions presented in the last decade awaits visitors. The Huron-Wendat Museum’s leadership role in the Indigenous community and its position as a voice for First Nations artists, artisans, and specialists in First Nations history and culture take centre stage.
This exhibition highlights the institution’s three distinctive values: the authenticity of the content of our exhibitions, activities and projects, the respect for the Huron-Wendat culture and heritage and that of other First Nations, and the excellence we always strive to achieve in all our projects.
